If you are competing in the Championship, please check your scores and let me know as soon as possible if there are any mistakes or if I have missed you.

Please also check that if you qualify for the Classic Championship your results have been included.

It would help greatly if you declare to event organisers that you are registered in the Liverpool Motor Club Speed Championship as it makes it easier for me to find you. If the event is also an ANWCC round,  don’t forget  to declare that you are a member of either LMC as well because the club will then receive points in the ANWCC Club Championship.

If you find a problem it is important that you please let me know ASAP and I will do my best to resolve things as quickly as possible.

Registrations for the Liverpool Motor Club Speed Championship are now open.

Entering the 2016 LMC Speed Championship has now been made easier because we are now offering on-line registrations using our tried & tested on-line System which should not take more than a few minutes to complete. There’s no extra cost for registering on-line and you don’t need to go searching for a stamp or envelope either!

A copy of the 2016 Championship Regulations has been posted to all those who were registered in 2015.

If you do not receive your copy please let me know and I will email you a copy. Or you can register on-line at no extra cost using our tried & tested online payment system, so you won’t need to search for a stamp or envelope.

MGCC has announced that it has been unable to secure Anglesey Circuit for the Sprint Weekend that normally takes place at the beginning of September each year, so the event will not take place in 2016.

As a result, it is likely that the Aintree Sprint on 3rd September will attract extra competitors, so we recommend that you get your booking in for Aintree early in the year to avoid disappointment – once entries open of course!

Announcement

After 11 years collaborating with Chester Motor Club running the Chester & Liverpool Motor Clubs’ Speed Championship, Liverpool Motor Club has decided the time has come to cease the joint venture as Chester no longer feels able to contribute to the Championship.

Consequently the championship next year will be renamed the Liverpool Motor Club Speed Championship.

Although we had originally intended to invite members of Chester MC to take part in 2016 we have been advised that Chester MC has not been an MSA recognised Club since 2014, so the Championship will have to be restricted to members of Liverpool Motor Club this year. Chester MC members wishing to take part in 2016 are most welcome to join Liverpool Motor Club – membership is only £10 a year and you’ll get a discount on any LMC event you enter. You can easily join on-line via our membership page.

Liverpool Motor Club wishes Chester Motor Club every success in whatever direction it takes in the future.
